Semi-fitted dress, mid-calf or evening length with front and back gathered into high waisted bodice front shaped to natural waistline at back has forward side seam's, round neckline, shaped standing collar, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder yoke, front button and the loop and zipper closing.
Above elbow length sleeves elasticized at lower edge or full-length sleeves ( can be worn pushed up) gathered into buttoned cuffs.
