The difference is in the craftsmanship. Taking high quality wood like maple Pine and birch then crafting everything by hand, woodworkers create some of the most solid, reliable ironing boards we've seen. In return, they got a secure, smooth area to iron their clothes with the satisfaction of knowing this ironing board will for last years to come.

We found this board at a garage sale.  It had been passed down through the family but no longer desired.  We desired her and now she is ready for her forever home.
