Back in 1948, a young Giuseppe Marenzi and his wife Alessandra Diana , created a textile treated with castor oil from planes abandoned by the war. They sensed the possibility of setting up a business and this was the start of HERNO.
This fabric, created by Herno - symbolizes their heritage and the innovative research it has honed since 1948. This amazing textile, Delon, is made from raw cotton gabardine and finished with a special dye that enhances the texture. The material undergoes the waterproofing process that makes it even more high-performing.
