Fabric Purchases

All fabric sales are final.

Because our fabrics are cut specifically to each customer's requested measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect quantities ordered, or fabric that is no longer required.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, fabric composition, width, colour, and quantities before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@darrellthomas.com within 7 days of receiving your order, whenever possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

We will review the situation promptly and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another mutually agreeable solution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

For buttons, notions, patterns, and other non-fabric products, please contact us before requesting a return or exchange.

Eligibility will depend on the product, its condition, and the circumstances of the purchase. Any applicable return instructions and costs will be explained before a return is authorized.

Return Shipping

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

If a return is required because of our error or a confirmed product defect, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, any applicable shipping costs will be communicated in advance.
