Shipping Destinations

We ship throughout Canada and to many international destinations.

Please note: Shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended due to tariffs and international trade complications.

We greatly value our American customers and look forward to resuming shipping to the United States when circumstances permit.

Available shipping destinations are confirmed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

All shipping charges are automatically calculated by Shopify at checkout, based on your order and shipping destination.

Your shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, allowing you to review the total before confirming your order.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

At Darrell Thomas Textiles, we pride ourselves on preparing and shipping orders promptly. We understand how exciting it is to receive beautiful new fabrics and sewing supplies, and we want your purchases on their way to you as quickly as possible!

Our regular shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched on these scheduled shipping days. Whenever possible, we are delighted to ship orders even sooner.

Orders received after a scheduled shipment has been prepared will normally be dispatched on the next shipping day.

Statutory holidays, carrier schedules, high order volumes, and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect dispatch times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping service selected, and carrier operations.

Estimated delivery times provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if unexpected delays occur.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We are pleased to offer our beautiful fabrics and sewing products to customers around the world.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise at checkout, these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We recommend that international customers familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations and potential charges before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@darrellthomas.com.

We will make every reasonable effort to correct the information before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We carefully package every order to help ensure that your purchases arrive safely.

If your shipment arrives damaged, experiences an unusually long delay, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@darrellthomas.com.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photographs if your shipment arrived damaged.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
